New start. Weekly weigh in. Week 1



So it was with much trepidation I approached those scales this morning. Probably more so because I sat and scoffed ice cream and chocolate yesterday!! 

Yes I did. 

It was like as if I had to get my last bit of badness in before my new start today and I kept telling myself I would regret it but there was just no stopping me.

Well, new start, new mindset.

As its a new start I'm going to record the ounces now, as well as the stones and pounds. I think I might write the conversions to just pounds and kilograms in brackets as well. The conversions don't count the ounces as I could only convert the stones and lb's.
For the record I'm 5ft tall and so every ounce shows. I can't carry it like a taller person, so I just look like a little round squashy dumpling.

Anyway, let's stop rambling on, trying to put it off and let's just write it down and be done with it.

I also have a goal of trying to do more exercise but I need to think about what I want to do with that at the moment. I might get back on the wii fit and see if I can actually keep to it this time.

Back from oblivion!!

So a few days after my last post I had a little accident and suffered a head injury.
It's taken 7 weeks to get back on my feet so dieting just wasn't on my agenda at all.

Anyhow, I am making a new start once more on Wednesday.

I do think I've gained weight since my last entry with not keeping to plan at all but I'm not going to let it bother me, I'm just starting afresh.

So tomorrow I will weigh in and put my new stats on here and then do my best to have a great week with good results!!
